• Campaign organizers must complete Know Your Customer (KYC) verification as per our User Verification Policy.

3. Donations and Transactions

• Donations are voluntary contributions made through our platform to support campaigns. Once donated, contributions are non-refundable. Ensure that your donation is intentional and final before completing your transaction.
• Transactions are securely processed, and payment details are protected according to our Cybersecurity Policy.
• Fundraising activities must comply with our Fraud Prevention and Monitoring Policy.

4. Refund Policy

• Given the nature of crowdfunding, all donations are considered final and are non-refundable once processed.
• In the event that a campaign is found to be fraudulent or violates platform policies, affected donors may submit refund requests under our Donation Refund Policy.

5. Campaign Content and Responsibility

• Campaign organizers are solely responsible for the accuracy and transparency of their campaign details, including the use of donated funds.
• Odbox Ventures does not guarantee the success or fulfillment of any fundraising campaign but actively monitors campaigns in compliance with the Fraud Prevention and Monitoring Policy.

6. Use of Platform

• You agree to use the platform for lawful purposes and in a manner consistent with the rights of others.
• Fraudulent activities, money laundering, or misrepresentation will result in account termination per our User Verification Policy.
• Users must adhere to our Community Standards and Code of Conduct.

7. Data Collection and Privacy

• We collect personal information necessary for processing donations and communicating with donors and campaign organizers.
• Our Privacy Policy outlines how we protect and handle user data, ensuring compliance with GDPR and CCPA regulations.
• Data will not be sold, traded, or rented to third parties, except as needed for payment processing and legal compliance.

8. Intellectual Property

• All content on the OdBox Ventures platform, including logos, campaign materials, and text, is protected by copyright and intellectual property laws.
• You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content without permission per our Intellectual Property Policy.

9. Limitation of Liability

• Odbox Ventures is not liable for any loss or damage resulting from the use of the platform, participation in campaigns, or reliance on the information provided by campaign organizers.
• We do not guarantee the success or fulfillment of any fundraising campaign.

10. Termination of Access

• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate user access to the platform if these terms are violated.
• We may disable accounts if fraudulent activity is suspected, KYC verification is not completed, or if a user fails to comply with our Community Standards and Code of Conduct.

11. Amendments to Terms

• We may modify these Terms & Conditions at any time.
• Changes will be posted on this page, and your continued use of the platform after any updates signifies your acceptance of the updated terms.

12. Governing Law

• These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of New York, USA.
• Any disputes arising from these terms will be handled in the appropriate courts within this jurisdiction, following our Dispute Resolution Policy.
